Royal Caribbean’s largest cruise Liner
If you have not seen the Oasis of the Seas, owned by Royal Caribbean Cruises, then you have not seen the largest and most recently launched cruise ship. This ship is twenty stories tall and currently the largest passenger liner in the world. Its length measures one-thousand one-hundred and eighty feet and it is five time the size of the Titanic.
The crew on this ship total twenty-one hundred and it can accommodate over six-thousand passengers. The creation of this ship took six years with a cost of 1.3 billion, all done in Turku, a city in Finland. It offers an impressive outdoor amphitheater that can seat seven-hundred and fifty people and offers a miniature gold course, volleyball and basket courts and even an ice rink. There are so many swimming pools on this ship, everyone will find room to play in the water. As to its comparison to the Titanic, if this ship were to collided with an iceberg, there would be little concern, claimed assistant professor of Navel Architecture and Marine Engineering. He also said all ships today are designed in such a way that structural collapse is very remote. Why not book your next cruise on what is considered the largest cruise liner.
