Lanzarote is located around four hours flying time from all major UK airports and is serviced by most of the leading cut price flight companies – such as Ryanair, Monarch and easyJet.  With return fares starting at around £150, depending of course on the time of year.

Passengers touch down at Lanzarote´s sole international airport at Arrecife.  Which is located around 3km outside of the capital city of the same name.  Before being transported onto the main resorts on the island; Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise.  Holiday makers should note that there is no shuttle bus service connecting the airport with the resorts.  So the only way to transfer to their destination is via taxi or hire car.
